Our Mission 

The Bureau-Marshall-Putnam Special Education Cooperative is a service organization whose primary functions are to plan, advise, recommend, and provide special education and related services to students (age 3-21) who have special needs in member districts and to assist district personnel with all such programs and services. The BMP Special Education Cooperative is committed to providing services utilizing current research and a best practices model. The Administration and Staff of the BMP Cooperative are dedicated to the observance of ethical standards of practice and the recognition of and sensitivity to diversity among the student population.
