School Psychologist Qualifications: Licensure as required by the State of Illinois. The qualified candidate will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Psychology.
School Psychologist Duties : Job duties of the school psychologist include: Consultation through active participation on problem-solving teams to develop interventions, conduct screenings, interpret data, and monitor student progress; Psychoeducational evaluations for students who have or are suspected of having a disability; Recommendation of data-based interventions and entitlement decisions; Consultation regarding individual and systems-level programs and supports; Direct service and/or special projects as appropriate; and Provision of in-service training as needed. We are open to discussion of an expanded role to better serve our students and staff.

School Psychologist Intern Reports to: School Psychologist Intern Supervisor
School Psychologist Intern Duties: Our intern works closely with a primary supervisor, as well as with other psychologists for a diverse experience. We tailor the internship to the intern's needs and interests and provide a full range of opportunities, including involvement in benchmarking, progress monitoring, problem-solving teams, consultation, assessment, intervention, counseling, meeting facilitation, professional development presentations, and outside professional development. We offer experiences with students of all ages, a wide range of disabilities and needs, different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, and various school cultures and educational programs.
